Anderson Pither Construction Ltd are dedicated to bringing your vision to life.
With combined experience of over 60 years, Brian Anderson and Gary Pither are highly experienced in all aspects of the General Building Industry, specialising in both Commercial and Residential Projects from conception through to completion.

Anderson Pither Construction Ltd are based in Consett, Co Durham and operate across the North East region.
We have built a solid reputation in Consett and surrounding areas for a quality, professional and reliable service. We have a well established workforce and also draw on an established pool of sub-contractors whom we have utilised successfully for many years. We operate as a team, working and interacting together to produce a high quality service and build.

Previous projects include; new builds, kitchen extensions, summer room extensions, porches, double extensions, patios, full house refurbishments and garage conversions.
We are experienced in both traditional build and timber frame.
Site & Project Management
Each project is overseen by Brian and Gary who are responsible for all aspects of contract execution and have the full support of the Project Management Team. Together, Brian and Gary ensure that each project is completed successfully, within the stipulated time frame while adhering to the agreed project quotation.
